Return Process

  Log into your Neuherbs account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose your preferred pickup date and time through our portal, and a courier will be dispatched to collect the package from your doorstep at no extra cost.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
